Harvard Unversity's Division of Engineering and Applied Sciences
invites you to join in the inauguration of our Industrial Outreach
Program. The DEAS Industrial Outreach Program brings together leading
scientists from academia, industry, and a network of national laboratories,
for a workshop on Frontiers in Materials and Nanoscience.
Policy makers will describe best practices and challenges of collaborations
across different research boundaries. Researchers from our NSF-funded
centers on Materials Research Science and Engineering (MRSEC),
and Harvard's new Center
for Imaging and Mesoscale Structures (CIMS) will
present their latest scientific findings and discuss future directions
of a new era of scientific development.
This workshop is an opportunity to establish and intensify connections
with colleagues from Harvard and other
participating members from industry, government, national laboratories,
and leading universities.
For more information, and to register, please visit the DEAS Industrial
Workshop web site at http://www.deas.harvard.edu/industry.
