Yipei Guo
Department of Biophysics
Yipei Guo is a Ph.D. candidate in the Biophysics program in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University. She received her B.Sc. in Physics from Imperial College London, before completing her Masters degree at the University of Cambridge. One of her projects here is on understanding long-term evolution in bacterial populations, where she uses spin-glass-like models to investigate the slow evolution of fitness. This MRSEC seed project is carried out with Prof. Ariel Amir, and in collaboration with Nick Boffi, a graduate student in Prof. Chris Rycroft's group.
