The MRSEC sponsored construction of a new clean-room facility specifically for soft lithography, a widely used fabrication technology originally developed in the Center. The new soft lithography clean room is fully operated by students and post-doctoral fellows that serves both MRSEC researchers and the broader research community. It already has over 100 users.
